■Confirm what's in the box! 必ず確認ください

• When a product is delivered, please confirm what's in the box to make sure if it is different from the one you ordered.
• We ask for your understanding in advance that a picture attached on a product page may be slightly different from the actual product due to the monitor you use, although we always try to reproduce it.
• We ask for your understanding in advance that a package of the product you receive may be different from the one of a product on a product page (according to a manufacturer's timing and schedule.)
• We are not be able to accept customer requests for returns as a rule.
• We are not able to accept exchanges and returns because of the customers' personal preferences such as change of the content of a product and cancellation after you order, a mistake of your order and difference from what you have expected to have after opening.
• 商品がお手元に届きましたら、すぐに注文と異なった商品が送られてきていないか確認してください。
• 商品ページに添付されている写真は実際のお品を再現するよう心がけておりますが、ご利用モニターにより、若干差異が生じる場合がございます。予めご了承ください。
• 記載上の商品パッケージと実際にお手元に届く商品のパッケージが（時期、メーカーの都合により）異なる場合がございますので、予めご了承ください。
• お客様のご都合による返品は原則としてお受けいたしかねます。

■In case returns and exchanges are not accepted ご返品交換をお受けできない場合

• A product that passes 3 days or more after you receive a product
• A product that you once used
• A product that got stained or broken after delivery
• 商品お受け取りから3日以上経過した商品
• 一度ご使用になられた商品
• お届け後に汚損、破損された商品

■In case you fail to receive a package 発送後、お荷物お受けにならなかった場合

• In many cases, products returned are to be dumped because they're food, and you will be charged a few thousand yen at the time of delivering and returning even though you fail to receive what you order.
• There's a case where the product that you inquired about may be canceled because we're not able to prepare a product to be replaced for a reserved product and a product limited in quality.
• 食品のため一度発送したお品物が戻ってきましても破棄することになる場合が多々ありますことと発送時、また返送時の送料が数千円発生しますため、お受け取りにならなかった場合も、代金のご請求はさせていただきます。
• 予約商品、数量限定商品の場合は代替え商品を用意する事が出来ず、お問い合わせ商品のキャンセル対応をさせて頂く場合がございます。

We use the online shop server that Future Shop Co., Ltd provides.

We protect telecommunication between the server to your personal computer by encryption and introduce SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) in which one cannot peek into the information at the time of input.

A credit card's information doesn't pass the online shop server, but is directly transmitted to the payment server operated by SB Payment Service Corp. through the token method (card information non-passing method). Also, this shop and Future Shop Co., Ltd do not hold any credit card information.

The payment company is fully in accordance with PCIDSS, one of the security standards in the credit card industry.
